What to expect after you order.
Most prints are made to order. The important parts are production time, how the piece travels, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Five things worth knowing.
Production and carrier transit are separate. Larger work may need a custom freight quote, and local pickup is available in the Phoenix area.
Typical production time before shipping. Artist-signed work may take longer because signing happens before the piece ships.
Carrier transit time begins after production is complete. The carrier is selected based on the order.
Large pieces can cost several hundred dollars to ship. If a piece is oversized or over $1,000 retail, we will contact you with a separate shipping quote in addition to the print price.
We will contact you when the order is ready.
If artwork arrives damaged, contact us promptly. Keep the artwork and all packaging, and include your order number plus photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label when possible. We will arrange a replacement.
Our current Terms & Conditions state that refunds are not offered. Production problems and shipping damage should be reported promptly so we can correct the issue.
