Buying the work
Are your prints made to order?
Yes. Craft Art Prints produces each order for the customer rather than pulling prints from mass inventory. We handle professional production, inspection, packing and fulfillment from Scottsdale.
What print formats are available?
Available formats are shown on each artwork page. Depending on the piece, the catalog includes fine art paper prints and gallery-wrapped canvas in the sizes offered for that artwork.
Are all prints signed by the artist?
No. Signing depends on the individual artwork or edition. When a piece is artist-signed, that information is part of the listing and the extra signing step can add production time.
Can I save artwork and come back to it later?
Yes. Use the heart/wishlist controls on the site to save pieces to your account.
After you order
How long does production take?
Typical production time is 10–15 business days before shipping. Artist-signed work may take longer because the print has to be signed before it can leave.
How will my order ship?
Standard and expedited orders ship by UPS or USPS. Carrier transit time begins after production is complete.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Phoenix-area pickup is available. We will contact you when the order is ready.
What happens with oversized or high-value artwork?
Large pieces can cost several hundred dollars to ship. If a piece is oversized or over $1,000 retail, we will contact you with a separate shipping quote. That shipping charge is in addition to the cost of the print.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly and keep the artwork and all packaging. Include your order number and, when possible, photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. Craft Art Prints provides a No Damage Guarantee and will arrange a replacement for artwork that arrives damaged.
Do you offer refunds?
Our current Terms & Conditions state that refunds are not offered. If there is a production problem or damage, contact us promptly so we can address it. Damaged artwork is handled through the No Damage Guarantee replacement process.

How do artists get started?
Call (480) 663-3313 or email . We start with the artwork and pair you with an Artist Print Advisor who stays with the work while the print offering is developed.
What does an Artist Print Advisor do?
Your advisor looks at the artwork with you, walks you through the Craft Giclée proofing and print process, and helps determine sizes, materials, editions, retail pricing and how each piece should be offered.
Do artists selling through Craft Art Prints work with Craft Giclée?
Yes. Craft Giclée is our sister fine-art printing company in the same Scottsdale building and is part of preparing artwork for sale through Craft Art Prints. You do not have to manage that relationship separately. Your Artist Print Advisor walks you through it.
Do you recommend a physical proof?
Yes, in almost every case. A physical proof lets us judge the real color, density, detail and surface before the artwork is offered for sale. Your Artist Print Advisor guides the proofing through Craft Giclée.
Do I need to already be a Craft Giclée customer?
No. Start with Craft Art Prints. Your Artist Print Advisor will guide you through the Craft Giclée proofing and print process as part of preparing the work for the CAP storefront.
How does the artist split work?
The standard eligible-merchandise split is 60% to the artist and 40% to Craft Art Prints. Shipping charges and sales tax are separate from that merchandise split.
What does Craft Art Prints handle for artists?
We build and manage the storefront, process the sale, print and inspect the work, handle customer service, pack and ship the order, and keep the artist accounting organized.

Who is Craft Art Prints?
Craft Art Prints grew out of years spent working with artwork, artists, framing and fine art reproduction. It gives artists another place to sell prints while we handle the operational work around each order.
